Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

We ship orders from our our warehouse on the same business day if the order is placed before 12pm. If the order is placed after 12pm, we will ship your order the next business day.

You’ll get a tracking number the moment it leaves our hands so you know exactly what to expect.

How long does shipping take?

You can expect the following delivery times. The longer shipping times can be expected if you live in a rural area.

UK: 7-13 business days
AU: 4-13 business days
CAN: 9-16 business days
NZ: 6-13 business days

Tracking numbers are provided with all of our orders so you know exactly where your shipment is at all times, and know when to expect delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we've had to stop shipping to the US with the unpredictable tariff situation. If anything changes, we will resume shipping to the US again.

For now, we ship to Australia.

Beginning on Monday, 20 October we will also begin shipping to the UK, Canada, and New Zealand again!

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We're a small business and if anyone understands how quickly things can change, we do! Because we fulfil orders as soon as possible after you order, it's unlikely you'll catch us in time but please do reach out in case we can accommodate for you. Hello@pakks.co

Are you a dropshipper?

No!

All of our conversation card decks, small tokens and other Pakks products have been thoughtfully conceptualised and designed on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia by our founder, Kayci (with the help of some very wise therapists!). We would never take a cheap standard drop shipping product, slap a label on it, and sell it as our own.

We do, however, ship many of our items directly from our specialised manufacturer located in China. Due to the heavy nature of our products, we're able to save on expensive freight costs by avoiding the trip from China to Australia, and we pass those savings on to you as a result.

It also means we're able to avoid long lead-times, which can cause us to be out of stock for long periods of time. The result? You don't have to wait to get products into your hands.

We work with a reputable specialised premium third party logistics company, much like one other businesses work with here in Australia, to store, pick, pack and ship your products with care.

So while some orders may ship from overseas, they are custom-created for the Pakks brand and are 100% unique to our female-founded, Australian-operated business.

What is Pakks?

Pakks is a collection of tools to help you establish better connections in your relationships—whether you’re dating, in a long-term relationship, or somewhere in between. Of course, Pakks can be used with friends and family, too! Our products are designed to spark real conversations, meaningful moments, and deeper intimacy in everyday life.

Our collection includes gift-ready bundles like the customisable Gift Pakk Set, but we also sell each item individually.

The collection has been designed to work together. So the more items you bundle, the more you'll get out of it. But everyone needs something a bit different so find what makes you excited and add to it later.

Is this like therapy?

Nope, though we do have several therapists who support what we're doing and recommend our products to their clients. It's also worth noting that we created each item in our Pakks collection with input from therapists.

Pakks uses clinical research, expert-backed structure and emotional layering to help you connect—without pressure, awkwardness, or “homework vibes.”

In short, we're no replacement for therapy. But we do think you'll find that it's complimentary or a great step to take if you're not quite ready for therapy.

Who is Pakks for?

Anyone who wants more closeness in their relationship. While many items in our collection were designed with couples in mind, our cards are dynamic and can be used with friends and family too. We're all humans, after all.

How do the conversation cards work?

Each deck includes 150 thoughtfully crafted prompts, divided into categories with different "spice" levels—from light to bold. They come with an intentionally stunning packaging design so you're more likely to leave them out, leading to more frequent use.

You take turns answering. Use them on date night, on the couch, in the car—whenever you want to feel more connected. Simply pull a card, as the question, and take turns answering openly, honestly and respectufully.

Can I use Pakks solo or with friends?

Yes! While most of our products are designed for couples, the Appreciation Notes, Letters to a Future Us, and even some decks work beautifully for self-reflection or deeper chats with friends - especially the Laughter Deck!

How do I choose the right conversation cards?

Each Pakks deck is designed for a different stage or vibe in your relationship.

Absolutely. Pakks is intentionally designed to be inclusive, adaptable, and judgment-free. Our prompts, tone, and structure work across all kinds of partnerships—no assumptions, no gendered language, just real connection.

Why is Pakks better than other relationship tools or other conversation cards?

Most relationship tools fall into one of two extremes: they’re either too clinical and feel unapproachable (like therapy worksheets) or too shallow (like novelty games). Pakks sits in the sweet spot, combining clinical research but making it approachable and fun.

What’s your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns for a full refund—because if you don’t love it, you shouldn’t have to pay. We believe in our products that much.

All we ask? Be reasonable. We're a small business, not a megastore. To honour this policy, you’ll need to show us that you gave your Pakks a genuine go—and it just didn’t land for you. That’s fair, right?

My order arrived damaged—what should I do?

Oh no! That’s the last thing we want and do everything in our power to prevent that from happening. But listen, things happen so if your Pakks arrived damaged, please email us at hello@pakks.co with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable).

We’ll make it right—whether that means sending a replacement or finding another solution that works for you. We've got you. 💛

Do you offer gift options?

Sort of... Most of our items make incredible gifts for anniversaries, engagements, weddings, birthdays, or 'just because.' We don't currently offer wrapping, but we do have stunning premium gift boxes that you can add to your order.
