Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to Australia and the United States.
Cost. Australia: free on orders over $100 AUD; $9.90 flat rate on orders under $100. United States: free on every order.
Processing. Orders placed before 12pm (noon, Sydney time), Monday to Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on public holidays ship the next business day. Pre-order and back-order items are marked on the product page and ship when stated there.
Delivery times. Australia and the United States: usually 4–8 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and busy periods (like Black Friday and the holidays) can take longer. Tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track it here: https://pakks.co/pages/onward-track
Changes to your order. You can update your order for 30 minutes after checkout using the email from Onward, our shipping protection partner. Please check your address carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it at your cost or refund the order, less shipping.
Lost or damaged parcels. If you added Onward shipping protection, start a claim here: https://app.useonward.com/inquiries/new?s=pakks.co. If not, email hello@pakks.co within 14 days of your expected delivery date, and we'll do our best to help you. We highly recommend opting in to Onward for a seamless replacement experience.
Duties (US). US orders are shipped duty-paid, so there are no duties or import fees to pay on delivery.
