After 6 month license concludes. No new use without a new agreement in place. An existing organic feed post stays visible unless an explicit request for removal is initiated by the creator.

AI training, synthetic voice or digital doubles. Never.

Paid ads, boosting, whitelisting, and spark ads. NOT included! Those require your seperate written agreement, separate compensation, and separate usage terms to be agreed outside of this arrangement.

Ghosting is for bad dates. Not brand partnerships.

Pakks is independently owned, founder-funded, and deeply personal to me. Every product we seed is real stock, has a real shipping cost, and it's a real decision to back a creator.

You'll get direct support, a fair brief, and room to create in your own voice. In return, please only apply if you genuinely intend to participate.

Life happens and I know that. If something gets in the way, please tell me before the deadline and we'll work with you. Silence is the only thing we can't work around.

Do I need a big following?

Nope! The quality of your content, audience fit, engagement, value alignment, and consistency matter so much more.

Where is the program available?

You must be based in Australia or the USA for the time being. These are the only two countries we can ship to at this time.

What are the content deliverables expected of me?

We ask for one original Reel or TikTok on your organic feed and one 2-3 frame Story sequence within the first 45 days of your seed product delivery.

After that, one Reel, TikTok, or feed carousel every 60 days maintains active creator perks.

Do you tell me what to say?

No. We'll provide you with the product facts, disclosure requirements to remain legally compliant, and practical guardrails.

No scripts or compulsory opinions. We may ask you to correct an inaccurate claim or missing disclosure.

How and when am I paid?

Commissions clear after our 30-day return period. Cleared balances of $25+ are paid in batches on the 15th and final calendar day of each month. Smaller balances will roll forward.

Note that if a customer returns the product within the 30-day return period, it will not count towards your commissions.

What happens when Pakks runs a sale with an offer bigger than my discount code?

It doesn't matter if your community uses your discount or not. If they access our site from your link, you get the commission.

Discounts don't stack, but your UTM link will attribute the order!

Can I work with other brands?

Yes! There is no formal exclusivity.

We do ask out of courtesy that you do not actively work with other brands in our niche while you're an active ambassador for Pakks (e.g. other conversation cards companies or apps)

Do I have to share raw footage?

No, it is not expected or required.

We're still growing and can use all the help we can get so it would be appreciated if that's something you'd like to offer.

How can Pakks use my content?

For six months on Pakks-owned social accounts, website, and product pages. In Pakks-owned email marketing.

Paid advertising, boosting, whitelisting, and AI are not included.

Can a Pakks repost stay visible after six months?

We would really like to keep it there, yes. If you feel strongly that we remove it, please feel free to request it.

Note that no new posting, pinnning, boosting, editing, or reuse of the content will be used after the six-monthb period.

What happens if I get my products and can't deliver?

We know life happens so the best way to handle this is to communicate ;) It's what we're all about and would really appreciate it.

Please tell us before the deadline and we can agree to a reasonable extension or another arrangement depending on your situation.

If there is no communication or content after reminders and the cure period in your creator agreement, program access will be paused and the agreement's return or reimbursement terms apply.
