1. Shipping Method and Times

At Pakks, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to you safely. We offer the following shipping methods:

 

Standard Shipping: 

Most orders sent using this method will arrive within 5-8 business days after shipping. Some customers will get orders as quickly as 4 days, while other more remote customers and Canadian customers may take 13-16 days. 

 

AU: 4-13 business days

UK: 8-13 business days
CAN: 9-16 business days
NZ: 8-13 business days

 

Please note that processing times may vary depending on the availability of the product and other factors. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

All backorders or pre-orders will be indicated on the product page and in the product description.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you select and the destination of your order. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the exact shipping cost for your order.

 

All orders over $100 will be eligible for free shipping. 

3. Order Processing Time

Orders made Mon-Fri before 12pm will ship same-day.

 

Orders made any other time will ship on the next business day.

4. Tracking your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. You can track your order by visiting the provided tracking link or by logging into your Pakks account.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. 

 

If items are returned to us with an incorrect shipping address, you can have your order re-shipped to you at your cost or refunded to you in full, minus the cost of shipping.

 

Shipping may be delayed or unavailable to certain remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at kayci@pakks.co within 14 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
